The Civil Service is a vast and wide reaching organisation that does its level best to keep the various disparate parts of the Concordian bureaucracy functioning. Based out of One Concordian Plaza, Crux Patricus, Legend City, workers of the Civil Service can be found in every major city of The Concord while also travelling far and wide to ensure that the Concord’s business is handled as best as is possible.
The Civil Service report details such mundanities as the construction of important infrastructure, the deployment of troops, changes to Concordian titles, the wealth of the Treasury and the state of international trade.
Quartermasters Report
Winter, while debilitating in some parts of The Concord, cannot stop progress.
In Starscar Duchy, Eastern Weiland, a vast stretch of previously abandoned farmlands known as ‘The Feral Fields’ have been cleared, reconstituted, and prepared to grow herbs for use in the Passage Field Hospital that supports Concordian heroes. Because of this, the Head Surgeon of the Passage Field Hospital will gain a small income of herbs which can be retrieved, like all incomes, from the Exchange.
Unfortunately there are some things that can stop progress, notably the divine Plague of Idleness that descended upon The Tribelands. Forged by The Magistrate, the divine curse robbed the people of The Tribelands of the drive and physical endurance to complete tasks. As such, the construction work on New Kodiri has been delayed by a season.
Elsewhere in The Concord there is still much work being done. The Sea Hall in Bolsterlee, Ala Briller and Maracavo’s Wing in Legend City, and the Schloss Mortis in Resinderholz all push towards completion. People are beginning to predestine 226 as ‘The Year of Monuments’ considering the weight of construction that is being completed.
Both the 1st Banner of Bordevar (in Heartsgrave) and the Valleys Own (in Highward) have spent the past season at rest, allowing reinforcements to arrive and be integrated into these powerful forces. Both forces have regained 2000 strength. Accurate troop numbers for each force will be available to those commanders in the War Chamber.
The Concordian War Chamber would also like to detail the following roll of honour, noting those mercenary units that supported Concordian armies, fleets, and fortresses this past season:
Desert Whisperers
Fawz Cobra Al-Al’afaei
Daud El’Priado Del’Anarch Al’Sabre
Eshaan Al’Mai
Ali Al’Safir
Bevedes Al’Bevan
Jezabev Al’Bevan
Napoleon Le Livre
Sir Escanor Lionhart
Tav
Anastis Gelt, Shield of Obregon
Iron Brawlers
Griff Baker
Robert Roderick
Lord Darcy Oakenwynters
William Roderick
Benjamin Roderick
Dane Forge Cooper
Nicholas Cutter
Legion of the Blackheart Bear
Lorgar Aurelian

- Headmaster
- Head Surgeon of the Passage Field Hospital

Individuals who currently serve in these titles will complete their current terms before the extension occurs.
The following titles have had their election season modified:
- Spymaster (Was: Autumn, is now: Spring)
The current Spymaster will be given the option to serve an extended term or relinquish the title at this Summit.
The Symposiarch wishes to report that the senate will no longer allow any number of motions to be tabled. Each senator may only table one motion per Summit.
Treasury Report
The Concordian Treasury reports the following:
The Concordian Treasury at the beginning of the Summer Summit is expected to be valued at Twenty-one Vaults, Six Locks, Eight Keys. This is after the calculation of costs, income and assured expenses such as payments to The Shardcircle and Academy.
Current expenditure to support Concordian efforts is valued at sixty-one vaults and twelve locks.
Current income from Concordian taxation is valued at sixty-one vaults.
The Concord has failed to maintain strong trade ties with both The Dendarri Nations and The Fealties of Drummond this past season, impacting tax income and the standing of diplomats within those nations. However the strong presence of naval trade with the Golden Fleet ensures that The Concord maintains on strong, friendly terms with the Stormqueen and her fleets of Corsairs.
The current Senate Treasurer is Jarl Erik Frostsong
