Commander of a fleet of combat vessels, Admirals lead the navies of The Concord and its respective realms. Capable commanders and skilled navigators, they are the epitome of the maritime craft.
Election
Admirals are elected during the Autumn Summit, which is first summit to run in the year. Admirals of Concordian Fleets are elected by The Senate, while Realmic Admirals are elected according to their nation's own traditions.
Term
Admirals serve a term of two years, including the summit where they are elected. They may immediately stand for re-election after this term if they wish. There is no term limit.
Powers
Dictator: Admirals have complete control over their forces. While it is hoped that they will take the opinions of other military leaders to heart, they are the only person who can deploy their forces.
Attendance: Admirals have the right of address within the War Chamber, where they have a single vote.
Responsibilities
An Admiral is expected to attend each War Chamber meeting where they are able. It is the minimum expectation that an Admiral give orders to their Fleet each summit, with the expectation being that those orders be delivered with the most military acumen that the Admiral can muster.
History
The Concord was founded with a single fleet in service, this was made up of the collective naval forces of The Concord's member realms. This 1st Concordian Fleet served with distinction at the 1st and 2nd Battles of Bolsterlee. This fleet was nationalised to Lerona Mere during the Summer Summit of 221, being rebannered as Liberties Fist in Winter 222.

Maximum Strength - 7500
Fine Artebazzani Galleons, swift Lerona Mere Sloops, and sailors with a hunger for glory, Liberties Fist protects the port city of Lerona Mere and its people. Originally the 1st Concordian Fleet, this force was reorganized in Summer of 221 and given to the people of Lerona Mere. In Winter 222, the Senate increased the strength of Liberties Fist to 7500, with upgrades projected to complete in Winter 223.

New heavy Lerona Mere galleons, laid down after the revolution. Clad in fine colours of red and sea blue, the Peoples Gift flies the banners of the City of Legends, eager to show itself raised about the ashes of the revolution.

First Concordian Fleet
Concordian Fleet
Made up of vessels of all nations, the First Concordian Fleet defended the seaways of the Concord during its founding. It was co-opted by Commandant Khasim during The Commandants Coup and as such was present at the 1st Battle of Bolsterlee. It also fought during the 2nd Battle of Bolsterlee under the command of Admiral Omaira al Jadis, before being nationalised to Lerona Mere, becoming the Liberties Fist.
