The Concord Team has a number of roles which you may interact with over the course of an event. Below is a short primer on each of them to help you track down the right person. Most members of the Concord Team play a Non-Player Character during the event who has some sort of role within the Civil Government, while others may be playing a moderately restricted player character.

The Story Team

The story team shapes and defines the world of Esterra and The Concord, weaving a complex web of plot, NPCs, factions and world events.

The logistics team is in charge of all things scheduling, site liaison, permits, planning and are in general people and process wranglers.

The Web Team

The fantastic folk (if we may say so ourselves) responsible for this Wiki and the Concord Character Creator. A small but not insignificant team, in charge of the modern technology bits that make our fantasy LARP accessible for a modern audience.

NPC Team

Concord makes use of a small group of full-time non-player character players who are on hand to play ambassadors, Conflux NPCs and more. These NPC players are led by the NPC Marshalls who ensure they are briefed, costumed and where they need to be at the right time. The standard goal is to have 10% of attendance be full time NPCs.
