Where the Concord reclaims territories or regions that were held by The Concord within the last twenty years, the spoils of war reclaimed from our enemies in those territories will be distributed to The Champions of the Realm that previously held it, rather than the War Chamber. This would only be for Spoils of War from territories or regions, not from defeated enemy forces.
Changes to the Functions of the Senate Treasury
The Concordian Senate Treasury may now hold wains and measures for the duration of a summit, however any wains or measures held at the end of the Summit will be placed for auction at the Exchange.

“It is the opinion of The Senate of The Concord that the Thaumaturgy Major at the School of Gifts is currently tumultuous enough in nature that its precedents, studies, and practices are a burden on the wellbeing of The Tribelands. While pursuit of arcane knowledge is a worthy one, the ongoing curiosity of students is having pervasive impacts on the commonfolk, magistrates, and grieving families. Until the headmaster of the School is able to ascertain the exact nature, intention, and dangers of student activity, all study of the Deadspeaker spell by students must take place on school grounds, during working hours, under supervision of an attending mage-priest. Other study of the spell is prohibited strictly within the Tribelands. Study of the spell under these conditions will be slower and it is recommended that the students pursuing this major do so with careful consideration for their moral and spheric obligations.
Additionally, bodies are not to be actively sought after by students, rather the School will accept donations.”
