Academy Motion - Boghoffriends
A modification to Concordian Law that Boghoffens are to be treated as Concordian citizens for legal protections. The same requirements are extended to Boghoffens to act within Concordian law when in Concordian territory. This status is to be held for a year, and then reviewed.

A statement of solidarity for all Jarls, Free Captains, Corsairs, Sailors, and Seafolk of The Concord.
- A ship is a home. When aboard another’s ship, pay due respect to the home, crew, and captain.
- A Captain may win, barter, build, or capture a ship from an enemy, but never steal a ship from an ally.
- Never sail by an ally’s ship in need, be it sinking or under siege. Do so and meet you grave on the seabed.
- No backseat rowing - only wet fish tell other captains how to steer their ship.
- A captains agreement sealed in salt and blood is binding, be have little but our word on the high seas.
