A Cervitas Ceremony - Magnitude 6 - The Masses
Performing the Ceremony
This ceremony may only be performed during a Summit where The Precipice alignment to Cervitas is in effect. Its effective Magnitude is 4.
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 2 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character who must be present throughout but does not need to be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The next Rite the target character leads has both of its benefits take effect, but only costs the resources of one.
This effect lasts until the end of Summit, or until used.
