An Arcadian Ceremony - Magnitude 65 - The Ardent Mind
Performing the Ceremony
This ceremony may only be performed during a Summit where The Precipice alignment to Arcadian is in effect. Its effective Magnitude is 49.
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a Fleet, the Admiral of which must be present throughout but does not need to be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The captains of target Fleet are enchanted with foresight into the movement of waves and nature of tides. This increases the effective strength of the fleet for calculating casualties inflicted and claim by 2,000 for the next season.
In addition, any Naval Investment that takes the 'Support the Fleet' downtime action targeting this fleet functions as if it was one tier higher.
