Performing the Ceremony
This ceremony may only be performed during a Summit where The Precipice alignment to Lumos is in effect. Its effective Magnitude is 21.
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 5 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character with the Surgeon skill who must be present throughout but does not need to be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The target character with the Surgeon skill halves the time for any surgery they conduct to treat a Traumatic Wound and whenever they must use resources (Herbs / Crystal Mana / Mine or Wilderness measures) for a treatment, they may reduce the number required by 1 to a minimum of 0.
This reduction applies separately to each different resource being used, and does not apply to potions. It does not reduce the Magnitude or Crystal Mana cost of any Ceremonies that may be required to treat a wound.
This effect only applies to the treatment of Traumatic Wounds that are Physical. It does not apply to the "Broken Limb", "Surgery", or "Herbal Remedy" subskills of the Surgeon skill.
This effect lasts until the end of the Summit.
