A Panoply Ceremony - Magnitude 36 - The Esteem
Performing the Ceremony
This ceremony may only be performed during a Summit where The Precipice alignment to Panoply is in effect. Its effective Magnitude is 28.
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a Band, all members of which must be present throughout, but do not need to be any of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
Characters from target Band have their casting time for Support spells halved. This effect lasts until the end of Summit.
Any characters who join the target Band after the conclusion of the Ceremony do not gain the benefit of this Enchantment.
