Civil Service note:
In reality, the Treaty of the Corsairs is two treaties; The Treaty of the Bay of Promised Gold, and the Treaty of the Corsairs. The Treaty of the Corsairs came first, and was modified by the later Treaty of the Bay of Promised Gold. Both are considered valid, and common parlance refers to them collectively as ‘The Treaty of the Corsairs’. These treaties were ratified by Ophelia Diablos and were reconfirmed by Diablos following the dissolution of the Twinblade Confederacy.
Articles of the Treaty of the Corsairs and the Treaty of the Bay of Promised Gold
