An Arcadian Ceremony - Magnitude 12 - The Thunderbolt
Performing the Ceremony
This ceremony may only be performed during a Summit where The Precipice alignment to Arcadian is in effect. Its effective Magnitude is 8.
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 2 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character, who must be present throughout but does not need to be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The target character may cast the Recall spell once at no mana cost, with no casting time. The caster may be currently engaged in combat, and may be wearing heavy armour.
The spell is cast at its base level and cannot be improved, meaning the caster cannot Recall any additional characters alongside themselves.
This effect lasts until the end of the Summit, or until used.
