When a character is bleeding out or incapacitated there are a number of possible actions that may want to be taken by both friend and foe. These interactions must follow the standard safety and content guidelines, although victims should also not abuse these guidelines for personal in-game protection or gain.
Bleed-Out time is Three (3) Minutes unless you are affected by something that reduces this, such as Venom, which reduces a characters bleed out time to 1 minute.
Looting
A character may be looted if they are in bleedout or otherwise incapacitated for an extended period of time (not the Stun call). The character being looted should provide the looter all item cards, currency and other in-game items they have on their person, along with any related markers, such as magical item ribbons. Players being looted should be prompt in providing these items, but the process does take as long as it physically takes and can be interrupted.
Moving
Moving someone who is bleeding out or incapacitated can be done for a variety of reasons. Players who consent to being physically moved should be carried unless it would be unsafe. If they do not consent or it would be unsafe, the player being moved should instead stand and move alongside the player who is moving them. Moving a character, whether they be friend or foe, requires two free hands. Both of them can be yours, or one from two people working together.
