Performing the Ceremony
This ceremony may only be performed during a Summit where The Precipice alignment to Lumos is in effect. Its effective Magnitude is 59.
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character who must be present throughout but does not need to be one of the priests performing the Ceremony. They become the Prophet as described in the rules about Curses.
This Ceremony is an Curse. A target may only be under one Curse effect at a time.
Effects
The target of this curse feels the sun beginning to set upon them, hope existing in a state of waxing and waning. At the next dawn they will receive a Challenge of Hope.
If they fail to complete the task within a year, they gain the terminal condition. If they remove this curse through any other method, they also gain the terminal condition.
