A Cervitas Ceremony - Magnitude 12 - The Masses
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 5 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a full Band who must all be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. The target of this Ceremony is the Band, not its members. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
All characters from the target Band gain one additional hitpoint. If the Band has more than ten members, the Band leader also gains an additional energy.
Any characters who join the target Band after the conclusion of the Ceremony do not gain the benefit of this Enchantment, nor do they count to the number of members for the purposes of giving the Band leader additional energy.
As long as they are part of the enchanted Band, characters experience a roleplaying effect: You are deeply, calmingly comfortable with your Band members with you, shoulder to shoulder. Conversely, you feel the cold distance of their absence acutely, and are actively uncomfortable when you aren’t around them.
The roleplaying and mechanical effect lasts until the end of the event.
