Description
Rumors of the Hukari nation cladding themselves in woven reeds and leather crafted in the form of armour spread across the Concord with some curiosity. Some Artisans thought that woven reeds, even if accented by leather, would not be nearly strong enough to withstand cuts and stabs, yet unfortunately none had been able to meet with the Hukari and so none could know for sure. However this curiosity would lead to the creation of something new, not armour of reeds and leather, but an enchantment for a pair of weapons that would encourage the user to bend and weave through the battlefield.
The Bending Reed Blades, a pair of weapons that allow the user to dance around an enemy while cutting them to pieces, are said to be reminiscent of various kinds of tall grass-like plant creatures found within Vassertal. The Blades are usually identical in length and design, favoring a slight curve and sharpened on either side of the blade and the hilt generally wrapped in a tough grass rather than leather.
