A Stallia Ceremony - Magnitude 30 - The Star Serpent
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character with the Magus skill who must be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The target, who must have the Magus skill, may cast a single Mass Silence per day, which costs them zero mana. Additionally, the target can call Immune to the Silence call.
If you recover all personal Mana from an effect it also recovers the uses of this ability.
As long as they are enchanted the target experiences a roleplaying effect:
You find the blabbering and nattering of those around you supremely frustrating, but the thing you absolutely cannot stand is people speaking over others. You will rise to anger very quickly at this slight, and act to rectify it without qualm.
The roleplaying and mechanical effect lasts until the end of the event.
