A Panoply Ceremony - Panoply Magnitude 100 - The Coinmaster
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a nation.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time. The target of this Ceremony is the nation itself, not the regions or Investments inside it.
Effects
All Wilderness and Herb Garden Investments in territories controlled by the target nation produce two extra measures of its most commonly produced materials. This effect ends at the start of the next event.
During this period, the land is so bountiful and temperate that not one person goes hungry, nor goes wanting for warmth at night.
