A Cervitas Ceremony - Magnitude 20 - The Crowngrave
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character who must be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The target character may cast a single Arc Shackle each day for no cost.
If you recover all mana from an effect, it also recovers the uses of this ability.
As long as they are enchanted the target experiences a roleplaying effect: The weight of your own words, and the grief and shame of your past Failings and Blights weighs on your shoulders like a boulder. You can barely bring yourself to move faster than a shuffle without great effort, though you are briefly released from this weight on the field of battle, or after you cast Mass Shackle.
The roleplaying and mechanical effect lasts until the end of the event.
