A Stallia Ceremony - Magnitude 30 - The Star Serpent
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character with the Magus skill who must be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The target, who must have the Magus skill, may cast a single Arc Venom per day, which costs them no mana.
If you recover all personal Mana from an effect it also recovers the uses of this ability.
As long as they are enchanted the target experiences a roleplaying effect: Your mind is wracked with fragments and frustrating snippets of forbidden and tainted knowledge whispered by The Shackled One. This makes you supremely irritable, and easily distracted, as you try to piece together something useful from the snippets, or keep them out of your mind entirely.
The roleplaying and mechanical effect lasts until the end of the event.
