Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character who must be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony. They become the Prophet as described in the rules about Curses.
This Ceremony is a Curse, and therefore interacts with anything that would remove or affect Curses.
Effects
Target loses three quarters of all income from their investment as fortune conspires to rob them of it through malady, mismanagement, and misfortune. In addition, the character finds it difficult to hold onto currency, frequently losing it and misplacing it.
The character's physical appearance becomes increasingly unkempt and shabby as the Curse progresses - with stains, dirt, and general uncleanliness slowly dominating their appearance as it affects their way of thinking.
The roleplaying and mechanical effect lasts for four events, increasing in severity with each one that passes until it fades.
Heralds of the Coinmaster find the target particularly distasteful.
