A Panoply Ceremony - Magnitude 70 - The Prominence
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a territory on the world map that does not contain a Fortress already and is being targeted by a friendly armies defense order.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
This Ceremony creates a temporary supernatural fortification in a target territory. This fortification has a strength of 2,000. If the army is attacked in two locations and cannot defend the territory that has this fortress, the fortress does not defend on its own.
The Fortress does not grant the "Fortified" trait to the territory it is cast in, and always takes the "Fortified Defence" action.
The Fortress affects the hearts and minds of the people in the province it is created in, and lasts until the start of the next event.
