A Stallia Ceremony - Magnitude 12 - Machine
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 5 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character who must be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The target gains the ability to cast the Empower spell four times per day as if they knew it, without spending any mana.
If you recover all personal Mana from an effect it also recovers the uses of this ability.
As long as they are enchanted the target experiences a roleplaying effect: You feel the powerful weight of the crown upon your brow, and the power that flows through you is addictive - you feel strongly to take control of any situation you find yourself in.
The roleplaying and mechanical effect lasts until the end of the event.
