A Panoply Ceremony - Magnitude 20 - The Prominence
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 5 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a mundane object related to either building construction or destruction, which must be present throughout the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Effects
The Ceremony empowers a mundane weapon, so that it can be used once per day to allow the bearer to make the Break call.
The item can also be used by talking to a storyteller before or during a fight involving temporary fortifications, and then going up and loudly calling down the power of Panoply to clear your way, and smacking the defensive fortification with the weapon, breaking it.
Anyone holding onto the weapon experiences a roleplaying effect: You have the fragile essence of unmaking in your hands, and you have no idea what would happen if you dropped it. You are compelled to be exceedingly careful about every decision you make.
The weapon will keep its power for two events, including the one where it was made, after which it will turn to dust.
