Characters have 8 experience points to spend at creation. You do not need to spend all of your points and you can save them for later purchases.
If a skill has prerequisites, you must have purchased each in order to purchase the skill.

| Artisan | During the downtime between events you may craft up to three magical items using the materials you have in your possession.
This skill grants you four magical item recipes automatically. You can only craft items that you have learned the recipes for. You may only craft one item of each rarity per downtime. You begin play with one Journeyman item you are able to craft, or three Artisan’s Oil if you do not know any Journeyman item recipes. Characters can learn crafts of any rarity. In addition, you can use your techniques to bond characters to any item, regardless of if you know the recipe or not. Rules for this can be found in the Artisan Crafts section. |
