A Panoply Ceremony - Magnitude 15 - The Prominence
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 5 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character who must be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony.
This Ceremony is an Enchantment. A target may only be under one Enchantment effect at a time.
Ceremony Effects
Each time the target successfully casts the Damage or Heal spell, they may also immediately swift cast the other spell for no cost - if this is not done within 10s the effect is lost.
The free spells do not trigger this effect. The target also gains an additional 2 mana.
As long as they are enchanted the target experiences a roleplaying effect: You are the essence of a contrarian: in one moment you will be handing out blessings and alms, and in the next you take coins straight out of a blind man’s cup. Swings and see-saws, balance in fair and foul - this is how you see yourself.
The roleplaying and mechanical effect lasts until the end of the event.
