Proclamation issued by the High Priest of Anarch:
“We, the Council of Six of the Concordian Church of the Divine Spheres hereby proclaim our support for the State of Emergency enacted by the Concordian Senate of Spring 225.
The Striking Serpent, Subordinate Herald of the Thunderbolt teaches us that once we set a course, we cannot waver. We must act. We must strike swiftly and decisively along the path we have chosen.
The Command, Subordinate Herald of the Prominence teaches us to make our demands and our orders clear and decisive, to be easily understood, and that to follow these demands with vigour is a divine action.
The Iron Stag, Subordinate Herald of the Masses teaches us that a community that works together through hardship and conflict can become stronger. That our bonds will be strengthened through our shared burden.
The Eternity, Subordinate Herald of the Twilight teaches us to be indomitable in our strength of will no matter what odds we face. To have drive and purpose and to move forward.
The Star Sailor, Subordinate Herald of the Peak teaches us to navigate the roughest storms and push through to reach our true potential. To grow through our hardship, and to learn of new heights.
The Tome Bearer, Subordinate Herald of the Star Serpent teaches us to stand strong against those who would seek to destroy the knowledge that we have gained. To protect what we have learned together, so that we may continue to teach.
The Senators of the Concord have acted as instructed by the Divine Spheres, and we, the Council of Six, offer them our full support.
We are Five Realms, with differing cultures and histories. We have warred with each other, and now, we stand together, as one Concord.
Through this state of emergency, we will struggle. But we will do so together. We will rely upon the support of our kin, and our communities. We will rely upon the strength of our peoples. We will rely upon our teachings and our faith in the Spheres. We will give all we can, and we will come out the other side stronger, and closer than ever before.
The Council of Six requests that the Senate provide detail as to what aims they wish to achieve, in order to end the State of Emergency so that clarity and alignment of purpose can be achieved by both the Heroic Contingent of the Concord, and the peoples of the Concord.”
Conviction issued by the High Priest of Lumos
The Council declares a Conviction for Priests of The Concord to Assist the people of Obregon, their duties shared between the carrying and distribution of water from The Oasis to the City proper, and also the ministering of Faith to those feeling distraught by their circumstance.
Priests are to be present for Obregon and its people, to shine a light of compassion upon a hurting city, and to assist in this crisis to ensure that at least one more soul is given the chance to prove themselves before The Spheres.
- As a Conviction, this required an Endeavour
Study begun by the High Priest of Stallia
The Council of Six has declared its intention to commission a Study of the Vale of Stags, looking into the history of the site, any alleged miracles or Divine influence, and any other pertinent matters that might be of relevance to its potential Consecration.
- As a Study, this required an Endeavour
Proclamation by the High Priest of Panoply
We, the Council of Six, declare our ambitions, not to simply survive but to grow and thrive.
We shall seek to Consecrate the Holy Sites of the Concord, to allow our citizens the chance to experience the Spheres closely.
We shall seek the creation of a Window to the Spheres, a Concordian Window. With all aspects of the Concord combined, we shall grow our knowledge, our understandings, and experience.
We swear as the Council of Six these ambitions.

Exaltation - The Roiling
In their second sitting after having been presented this document on the subject of the Exaltation of the site known as The Roiling, the Council of Six unanimously agreed to declare the site holy in perpetua.
The Civil Service will now enact a review of the site and present a number of options with ways the site can be Consecrated in order to honour the solemn and holy nature of the location, as decreed by the Council of Six.
Documents to be Publicised pending Civil Service review
Exaltation - The Iron Star Cathedral
In their second sitting after having been presented this document on the subject of the Exaltation of the site known as The Cathedral of the Iron Star, the Council of Six unanimously agreed to declare the site holy in perpetua.
As the Concord is not currently in control of Hasselbach, and the condition of the site remains unknown, the Civil Service will be unable to review it in order to provide options with ways it can be Consecrated - should the territory come under Concordian control, options will be presented to the Council of Six.
Documents to be Publicised pending Civil Service review
Proclamation by the High Priest of Cervitas
The Council of Six has come to an accord with House Saffamond of Drummond. We request that followers of the Concordian Church do not preach the doctrine of the Concordian Church while in Drummondite territory. In exchange, Drummondites will not preach the doctrine of the Drummondite Church while in Concordian lands - this is unless invited by the respective rulers of each land.
While the working relationship with their Church is young, we do not wish to foster resentment and weaken our relationship by undermining each other’s authority in each nation.
Both Churches agree to avoid sending missionaries onto each other’s continents when we both have souls to be saved within our own borders to begin with.
Proclamation by the High Priest of Panoply
The Council of Six proclaims the following: it is not Heresy to defend oneself from a Herald, or retaliate to an attack from a Herald.
Many Heralds teach lessons not by being something to emulate but something to avoid embodying. Others still have been known to set challenges to mortals which require physical combat or other actions that may be seen as aggressive. Their lessons are taught by calling us to act in retaliation or opposition in order to prove ourselves worthy. Furthermore, we have come up against Heralds such as the Magistrate, fighting on behalf of enemies of the Concord.
The Council of Six does not believe that fighting Heralds when so demanded is Heresy, nor is it grounds for movement of Anathema unless it is done with premeditation and maliciously to prevent the true will of the Spheres. The Striking Palm teaches that we should never let a slight go unpunished, and never allow a blow to be taken without giving one in return.
It may still be dangerous to one’s life to stand against a Divine Being, but it should not be dangerous to one’s immortal soul if the reason for standing against them is just or invited.
Proclamation by the High Priest of Stallia
The Council of Six passed a motion to publicize information from the Star Serpent, to be provided to the Civil Service by the High Priest of Stallia. At this time, there has been no information forthcoming.
Study begun by the High Priest of Arcadian
“The Sanctified Square located in Passage is the only one we have.
This means that outside of Summits, or travelling to Passage, the priests of the Concord are unable to perform Ceremonies that could aid our people. Imagine how much more connected to the Spheres our people will feel if they can see their local priests performing these Ceremonies, and witnessing Divine power for themselves.
If Passage were to become lost to us, we would lose the ability to call upon Divine Miracles. Lose our ability to commune with the Spheres. This cannot be allowed to happen.
I propose that we commission a study on how the Sanctified Square was created, and how to create new ones. If we were able to create Sanctified Squares in each of the major regions of the Concord, our connection to the Spheres would surely grow.”
