GOVERNANCE AND AUTHORITY
Let it be entered into record that the Band named herein is granted all rights, duties, and privileges of a Recognised Band under Concordian Law, empowered to own and to manage and assign Enterprises, to act under their chosen Banner (or other bonded sigil), and to participate in matters of war, trade, exploration, and Summit governance.
This Band shall be subject to audit and review by the Civil Service, and its members shall be accountable to Concord authority. Any disputes regarding the legitimacy of this Charter shall be referred to a sitting magistrate of the relevant jurisdiction.
