Once the dust has settled, the hundreds of concerns are answered, and the fear of the future abates, The Concord remains an empire of logistics. A nation of business. A land of bureaucracy. And while this is hardly exciting to many of the Heroes of the land, it is this basis that forms the bedrock of The Concordian system. It is what underpins the world we live in.

It is our bedrock, firm, immutable, and dull.

Hard work pays off.

Quartermasters Report

Over the Summer Season the Concord has completed and maintained a number of constructions, while some have sat by the wayside.

La Escudo Plaza, a vast set of planned campsites for nomadic Andashi travellers has been established on the outskirts of Obregon. While there has been some concern over the water sources for the Plaza, there is confidence that it will support greater connection between the people of Stone and Sand in future years. This construction has been completed.

Concordian Civil Service planners oversee workers in the East of Weiland as the clearing of the Feral Fields is underway. Works are progressing as expected and are projected to be completed for the Spring Summit in September.

Due to the widespread need of Concordian forces this past season, no Concordian forces have recruited replacement troops. Their most accurate troop numbers will be available to their commanders in the War Chamber.

The Concordian War Chamber would also like to detail the following roll of honour, detailing those mercenary units that supported Concordian armies and fleets this past season:

The Valleys Own
Eshaan Al'Mai
Bevedes Al Bevan
Julius Di Strozzi
Thorin
Leif Eored of Heinsgraf
Thane of Brakenloh
Godric Ericsson
The Iron Brawlers
Arronal Guildfid
Griffin Baker
Duke Kore Vespera
Gilmore Thorneward
The First Banner
Lord Orsa Dan Bremmer
Annora

Title Changes

The Civil Service wishes it know that the following changes have occurred for the titles of The Concord:

The Senator of The Tribelands now maintains a small income, boons gathered from the construction of La Escudo Plaza in Obregon.

Recent reassessments on the overall procedure of war have seen changes for the Admiral, Champion, and General roles. Notably Champions no longer command the Civil Defence of their nation.

All of the High Priests have had their powers reassessed by the Civil Service and in the light of the motions of the Council of Six will function differently.

The Senate Treasurer has gained additional information relating to the operation of The Concord’s trade obligations to other foreign nations.

Any title that has an income will be able to retrieve that income from the Exchange following the beginning of Summit.

Treasury Report

The Concordian Treasury reports the following:

The Concordian Treasury at the beginning of the Summer Summit is expected to be valued at Twenty-Seven Vaults, Twenty-Six Locks, Eight Keys. This is after the calculation of costs, income and assured expenses such as payments to The Shardcircle and Academy.

Current expenditure to support Concordian efforts is valued at sixty-six vaults and twelve locks. This is accounting for increased upkeep of the Desert Whisperers and the reduction in cost of Fortress maintenance.

Current income from Concordian taxation is valued at sixty vaults, twenty eight locks.

There are significant spoils of war from the capture of Boisombre, Marepato, The Plateau of the Gods, and the Steinvault Pass. All currency has been added to the Concordian Treasury while all property, resources, items, and other such booty has been granted to the War Chamber for dispersal.

The position of Treasurer to The Senate is empty and will be available for election this Summit.
