Right of Assumption
The Civil Service presented the Right of Assumption as a solution to the issue of Senate motions on the final day of Summit requiring the Veto opportunity of the Church. The right of assumption would allow the civil service to assume that such motions had not had the veto used upon them but would still prompt the veto at the nearest available opportunity.

Review - Festival of Realms
The Greenweald Baronies Festival of Realms was found to have been a massive success, Bordevar was elected randomly to present the next festival of realms in the Summer Summit of 223.
Review - Champions Report
Senators were requested to confirm that they had received a written or verbal report from their champion. The Senator for Bolsterlee acknowledged that they had not during the first senate session. The Champion of Iron Valley was fined 1 Lock.
Location of the Tyrants Curse
Following the adoption of the Tyrants Curse, a pre-concordian spy network returned to the fold, the network was successfully rebased to a region within The Concord and given a new target.
Return to the fold - Rumwold Vastness
After concerns were raised about record keeping in regards to the status of the Rumwold Vastness, a vote was held to denationalise the Rumwold Vastness.

Concordian National Infrastructure Act
Motioned By: Senator for Windholme and Senator for Bolsterlee and Senator of Lerona Mere (Raised 3 Times)
Completion of the Concordian National Infrastructure Act (as penned by Razil Del Panoply) and priced by the Civil Service at 15 wains of Arcstone/Vaults (to a minimum of 5 each), requiring one year to be built. During the multiple motions a variety of methods of obtaining the Arcstone were raised and failed.
Motion is tabled once, withdrawn once, and failed twice.
Right of First Refusal Repeal

The Right of First Refusal, still embroiled in a constitutional query, is to be repealed.

A motion to raise the 1st Andashi from 5000 maximum strength to 7500.

Funds to Assist the Evacuation of Nazafeza

6 Vaults to pay for the evacuation of civilians from the threatened city of Nazafeza in Mukarrem. Granted to the Senator of Mukarrem.

Regional Medical Councils and Empowerment of Doctors

Raised and varied twice. Final motion was to create regional medical councils (with regions as defined by the people of that region) capable of declaring, enforcing, and removing a quarantine order, to be enforced with violence if required. In addition, medical council to review extra-judicial killings performed by Doctors in the pursuit of treating plagues.

Reduction of Hospital Funding.

Construction of a Trade Port in Nazafeza
Motioned By: Senator for Mukarrem
Construction of a Trade Port in Mukarrem using plans created by the civil service in the year 222. Resources were provided by the Andashi people, the Senator requests payment for labour (5 Vaults) and for the Concord to take ownership for upkeep.

The Voice's Veto

To empower the Voice of the Church to be able to use the Church's veto on the final day of the Summit, provided it has not been used earlier. This motion is parralell to a motion in The Church to allow such powers, with the addition of forcing inquisition upon the Voice should they use this power.
