Here below is a list of motions passed at previous summits. Those which required a Greater Majority to pass have been noted as such, along with the reason they needed it. These represent the Curate's attempts to summarize the motions for distribution, and importantly are not the exact words written on each motion. The historic motions can be read at leisure in the office of the Church.

Synod Motion 1 - Julius
Summary: A committee will be created to discuss the Artebazzani Tenets, to make recommendations to the Church by the end of 223
Synod Motion 2 - Jormunwild
Greater Majority Required (Doctrine)
Summary: Votes for the election of High Priest are now restricted to those who have Divine Lore in that Sphere
Synod Motion 3 - Emeraldo
Greater Majority Required (Finance)
Summary: The Church to start a missionary fund, to be used to spread the faith to heathen nations. Fund to be managed by the Curates and the Council of Six
Synod Motion 4 - Curate Roennfeldt
Summary: The church should decide upon a clear definition of Necromancy
Synod Motion 5 - Curate Roennfeldt
Summary: A committee will be created to define acts that are and are not Necromancy or Necromechanics. This group to report to the Church by the end of 223.
Pilgrimage of the Valley - Athermer
Summary: A formal request for those with congregations to task them to join a pilgrimage throughout the Iron Valley to visit the new shrines and bolster support in the Spheres.
Use of the Mines of the Church - Halig
Summary: Curates directed to direct the miners at the two mines owned by the Church to fix Aethelmar’s Folly instead of continuing work at their own mines.
<Untitled> - Humble
Summary: At 7:30 each evening, space is to be set aside in the Church to share songs and stories for those who wish to do so and strengthen our community together.
Proposal of Right of Divine Reception - Cenred
Summary: It is the duty of all and any priests, when first encountering a Spheric Being in Passage, to find the High Priest of that Sphere (or their High Priest) with as much haste as possible, so the being can be properly received.
Inquisition of Father Winston - Morose
Summary: Called to stand at Inquisition for his actions related to the Rivers of Blood.
To Prove Their Loyalty: House Avalon - Kaiella
Summary: The remnants of House Avalon are requested to submit themselves to the Ceremony ‘Strike the Holy Oath’, pledging their loyalty to the Concord to Cervitas itself.
We ask Avalon for Pennance - Halig
Summary: House Avalon asked to each donate a lock to the church in recognition of the harm caused by Rivers of Blood
Inquisition of Louisoix - Morose
Summary: The remnants of House Avalon called upon to stand inquisition due to the defection of their colleagues
Declaration on the Al’Mai - Rubeo van der Coeur
Summary: The church declares that the actions of the Al’Mai in advocating for and pressing for their rights is right and just before the Spheres
The Al’Mai - Halig
Summary: The priests of Cervitas declare that the actions of the Al’Mai do not constitute the breaking of oaths or the breaking of trust
Condemn the Bear Cult - Halig
Summary: Bear cult declared to be teaching heresy, and anyone who follows them is apostate. Declared to be enemies.
A Fixed Term for the Church Scribe - Kaiella
Greater Majority Required (Finance)
Summary: The paid position of Church Scribe shall be elected yearly during the Summer summit. This election process will be the remit of the Council of Six.
Dispensing of Church Scribe Pay - Kaiella
Summary: The Church Scribe position is to be paid as early as practical each summit.
Amendment to the title of Warpriest (1) - Morose
Greater Majority Required (Title). Senate Approval Required for adoption.
Summary: The Warpriest shall become a 1 year term, to be elected by the Council of Six, elected each Summer Summit.
Amendment to the title of Warpriest (2) - Morose
Greater Majority Required (Title). Senate Approval Required for adoption.
Summary: The High Priest of Arcadian shall - if the position of Warpriest is empty - be permitted to assign someone to the post for a day, every day, for as long as the position should remain empty.

Greater Majority Required (Doctrine)
Summary: The creature known as the ‘Dead Reckoner’ shall be considered an anathemic entity of Panoply. Dealings with it or worship of it to be considered acts against the Concord.
