Here below is a list of motions passed at previous summits. Those which required a Greater Majority to pass have been noted as such, along with the reason they needed it. These represent the Curate's attempts to summarize the motions for distribution, and importantly are not the exact words written on each motion. The historic motions can be read at leisure in the office of the Church.

The Nature of the Esterran Circle - Adept Marta Demko
Summary: A motion requesting an Conviction be created by the Council of Six as a measure to allow the investigation of the Esterran Circle in Boisombre, Mancante Terra.
The Council did not elect to do so during this Summit.
Elect Count Mordide Cutter the Executioner as Visionary - Count Mordide Cutter the Executioner
Summary: A request to have the Council of Six choose the named individual as one of the Visionaries for the Past Life Vision.

Improvements fo Council of Six Administration - Mother Brine
Summary: A request to the Civil Service that the election timings and methods for the Council of Six be examined to determine if they function in the best intent for the people of the nation, including but not limited to:
- Changing the length of the term to 3 seasons rather than 4
- Staggering them such that 2 are elected at once rather than 3
- Closing the election of High Priests at First Blessing, and announcing them then
- Allowing the High Priests to call for an Emergency Meeting as the Senate does
The Civil Service will review the titles. There is no guarantee that any changes will be made, or that if changes are made they will reflect these suggestions, as this was not passed with a greater majority from the Church.
Abbot Accountability - Opal Rummaer
Summary: The Abbot of Mivara shall be expected by the Church to report exactly what the resources they are provided with have been used for to the Bursar of the Church by the end of each Summit.
This is an expectation, and is not legally binding.
Somnolence’s Salve - High Priest Neumann
Summary: The Ceremony initially named Villeneuve’s Blessing shall be renamed to Somnolence’s Salve so as to avoid referring to an executed heretic who is considered Anathema by the Church.
The Divine Actions of Heralds - Dietrich Carstein
Summary: It is the moral obligation of anyone who has had a first-hand encounter with a Herald or Spheric Being to present themselves (or a representative of their group) to a member of the Council of Six at the soonest opportunity to give a report about their interaction with the entity.

Summary: A call for the High Priest of Panoply to assign keys from their allocated church funds to pay each priest a key for a day’s service in the hospital and assisting with Spiritual Wounds following confluxes
The High Priest of Panoply did not claim their tithe this summit.
Legend City Demands Answers - Adeline Case
Summary: The following individuals should be inquisited by the High Priest of Anarch about their failures to listen to Legend City and enact change:

Support the State of Emergency - Mother Brine
Summary: The Church formally supports the actions of the Senate in their declaration of the State of Emergency on the condition that the Senate declare a date or military/diplomatic position upon which it will be ended. Additionally, it shall be considered a moral failing against Arcadian to actively subvert the Senate’s clarity of purpose in these critical times.
Those who Purchased Children - Sigi Bolsterborn
Summary: This calls on the boroughs who purchased strong and hale children of the Boar Clan to match their ‘contributions’ to the Church so that it might share that with those less fortunate across the nation.
Support the War against Artebazzan - Esen del Panoply del Cervitas
Summary: The church, whilst seeking to avoid war with Artebazzan, nonetheless recognises the importance of a legal declaration of war at this point so that the Concord may defend itself against aggressors
The Old Words of the Valley - Ivern the Inheritor
Summary: The following words shall enter accepted parlance in the Church, not changing the definitions of any of these words but simply being another way to refer to the existing things:

Summary: The Council of Six should create a Conviction to send congregations to Obregon to ferry water to the city this season
An Agreement to Mutual Respect - Arzo del Lumos al Jadis
Summary: The Church ratifies the Pact of the Hawk in relationship to the mandate to not preach to the Lost Tribes of Villacres whilst within their lands
The Pursuit of our Right to Exist - Sigi Bolsterborn
Summary: The Church calls for the Concord to stand together and not take actions that would harm their own communities in these trying times, and to adopt the spirit of mercy for one’s fellow countrymen
The Importance of Prayer - Mother Brine
Summary: All Concordian Chambers should open with an appropriate prayer to an Eternal that we might be blessed where appropriate, and be ever reminded in whose light we work and toil.
Promoting Concordian Theology - Mother Brine
Summary: The documents Radiance and Reason by Jacques D’Zisseau and 1st and 2nd Letter to Bordevar by Mother Brine will be distributed to every significant location of faith within the Concord that we might be more united in our understandings of the foundation of our Church
