Military Orders - Spring 226

From Esterrapedia

Overview

As the Spring Summit of 226AE comes to an end, Passage becomes clear of influence and power. Its heroes pack away their belongings, their tents and their ambitions; content to journey with them back home before once again setting off to places of import or danger. Yet there would be some whose duty would not be finished, those Civil Servants of The Warchamber and Civil Post who now had a most important job to do. There were orders to be delivered, after all.

Welcome to the Military Orders page for E2 226! This page plainly lists the Orders of each Military force. This is posted publicly to assist in making the Downtime process smoother, while also giving a little bit more context to the immediate happenings of the military world post Summit.

This page will list each force, where they have travelled and which action they have taken. If you have a Military or Naval Investment and want to Support an Army, Fortification or Fleet, this can help you know which one you may wish to choose!

Armies

The Desert Whisperers; After the last season's march across most of Southern Esterra, it would be a quiet and comfortable season planned for The Desert Whisperers by their new General; Bahseam Nawa El’Andash Al’Teacup. The order encouraged a relatively leisurely march, at least in comparison to their previous, to The Madre Campo where The Whisperers should Billett and rest.

The First Banner of Bordevar; Perhaps in order to prepare for a promise made nearly four years ago, Ser Louisoix Leveilleur, The Sage, The First, Archmage of the Order of Avalon, Former Senator of Weiland, Knight of Heart, General of the First Banner of the Banneret had clear orders. Force March to Starscar. The First Banner needed no further instruction.

The Iron Brawlers; “Sharpen your blades, next season we go home!” - Brigadier Griff Baker. A victory in The Plateau of the Gods did not come without bloodshed on both sides, but the call of Royal Bordevar could be felt by anyone with a pulse in The Iron Brawlers. Marching to The Sableheart, they had their orders to Billett in preparation for a promise made.

The Legion of the Blackheart Bear; Blessed and lucky to no longer carry the heinous and terrifying Blasserstreit, The Legion were given orders to march in good form to The Madre Campo, where they were to then Billett, recover and recruit. Despite the attack on their home so close at hand, The Legion would rest with stoic faces and attentions turned north.

The Valleys Own; Bleeding but never broken, the orders for the weary Valley’s Own were kind. “Stay strong to The Spheres. Rest Well.” - General Thane of Brakkenloh. Moving from the plains of the Priado to the woods of La Calidez Hills, the Valleyfolk warriors were given a well earned opportunity to Billett.

The Voyant’s Vanguard; With newly minted arms, armour and attitude, a change of name and a change of pace would be a simple affair. General Giovanni Vinci set the tone for their future by ordering a test of might immediately. March to The Ravensreach Wilds and ensure a Strategic Defence prevents it from falling. The Voyant’s Vanguard relished the chance to test their mettle, encouraged by their freshness as much as by the State of Emergency power of the Senator of Windholme, Ivern. The Ironblooded Bravos planned to hold Resinderholz no matter what it cost; the preparations and promises of The Warchamber making it clear that they will be supported by more heroic military investments than The Concord has ever managed before, while The Church gathered together the might to cast a Fools Gold Fortress to aid the defence.

There was going to be a great war in Resinderholz, and The Vanguard would be at the centre of it.

Fortresses

Deorlings Citadel; His death may have cut deeper than any blade, but Champion Baire Ironguard ensured that his legacy lived on. Before his departure, his orders were submitted and ready to be sent. With conviction and certainty, the warriors of Deorlings received the order to Sally Out into Windholme East to cut down any criminal they could find. No matter whether they were those of the Blackiron Crown or Thralldring, they were enemies to cut down in the defence of Windholme.

The Border Forts; Despite their recently increased capacity, there was little that Ser Landry Tremaine the Favoured could accomplish with The Forts alone. Choosing instead to submit no order, and allow them to prepare in their own ways for the inevitable difficulty of the coming year, it would hopefully be a quiet season for the defenders of Starscar.

Baelag’s Holdfast; Finally in the hands of The Iron Valley, Vallthane Revna’s orders would be simple. Hold the Outer Walls. If The King’s Pass was to be attacked, they would be ready. The Severed Lords had been repelled once, they would ensure they were repelled again.

Fleets

Liberties Fist: Standing after the fall of the previous Admiral, Calypso d'Aubrey would ensure that her orders were clear to any who might have problem with her. “Hit the Reaching Tide.” The captains of Liberties Fist were happy to sail to The Bay of Promised Gold West, winds forcing their sails forward as they find themselves blessed by the Ceremony known as Tempest’s Calling, and Raid the strange and hated enemy that still tried to claim a hold on land that belonged to Lerona Mere. With notes for prevention, fifteen Al-Asah’s Antidotes in hand courtesy of the Admiral, and trust in the Ward of Ironclad Vigour cast upon Mancante Terra, they prepared themselves for a sickly fight.

The Peoples Gift; With fifteen doses of Al-Asah’s Antidote, advice penned by Krahenmeister Vischerin, and various treatment plans for Blasserstreit accompanying them, The Peoples Gift were well and truly ready for their orders. With a Ward of Ironclad Vigour cast upon Mancante Terra, and the aforementioned deliveries, the marines of The Gift could expect what was coming. Admiral Gustave made sure to keep his people informed, and the marines of The Gift were ready to Raid The Reaching Tide in Sylvestelli Mare in the coming Season. Blessed by Tempest’s Calling, brought down on them by the power of the heroic priesthood, The Peoples Gift would sail to The Bay of Promised Gold West with a speed usually impossible simply to achieve their given orders.
