The heart of a heroic mercenary band. Mercenary banners allow groups of mercenaries, wandering heroes, or warriors dedicated to saving the Concord by any means to align themselves with a Realm not their own. Doing so retains their original citizenship, culture, and allegiance, but allows the Waystones to transport them to a different Realm’s areas of concern.

Crafting a Mercenary Banner requires 3 Measures of Hartswood, 3 Measures of Beastbone, 3 Measures of Blacksap, 3 Measures of Shimmering Scales, 3 Measures of Forgesteel, 3 Measures of Suns Iron, 3 Measures of Bloodglass, and 3 Measures of Essencite.
Effect
On the first day of a Summit, this Concordia may be presented, along with all members of the Band attuned to a fragment of this Concordia, and the Champion of a Realm, to the Commandant of the War Chamber. During this presentation the Band Leader must declare their intent to fight alongside the realm of the Champion present. For the remainder of the event, Band members attuned to a fragment of this Concordia count as members of that Champion’s Realm for the purposes of attending Confluxes, not their own realm. Once a member of the Band attuned to a Fragment of this Concordia has attended a single conflux this Summit, they may not become unattuned to this Fragment for the remainder of the Summit.
