Materials
Crafting a Guardian’s Banner requires 8 Measures of Beastbone and 4 Measures of Bloodglass.
Effect
Two members of this band attuned to fragments of this Concordia may clasp hands and recite their oath. Upon completion, both may declare ‘Recall’. One of the two characters must be in bleedout. Completing this action requires constant contact between the two characters, neither of them to be engaged in combat, and an uninterrupted recitation of the oath. Both members must recite the oath to completion. This effect does not have any other spellcasting elements, as such may be completed by individuals wearing armour and who don’t have mana.
