List of Consignments
Monastery
Places of learning and research, Monasteries are secluded locations where those dutifully learned priests can attempt to forward the knowledge of the Church, particularly when it comes to the magic of the Spheres.
Cost: 10 Arcstone / 5 Vaults
Upkeep: None
Construction Requirements: May not be built in a territory that contains a named settlement.
Construction Time: 2 Seasons
Function: Monasteries can research Ceremonies in the same way that a School of Magic can. However they are notably slower at it (given their care for the soul) and require additional funds.
The Council of Six may pass a Consignment motion, asking a Monastery to research a ceremony, defining details of the Ceremony. This consignment costs 1 Vault. The following Summit the Monastery will return with details related to their research and options available to complete the work. The ceremony will then be made available to the Council of Six for their approval the following Summit (2 seasons total). Each monastery may only research one ceremony at a time.
Monasteries also provide the following trait to the territory they are within:
| Trait | Cas. Inf. | Cas. Suf. | Claim | Special |
| Monastery | - | -15% | +200 | Bonus Claim and Casualties suffered only applies to friendly forces. Hostile forces that conquer a territory containing a Monastery receive additional spoils of war. |
Oraventure
It is the duty of the faithful to ensure that the word of the Divine Spheres is spread, as each soul that does not carry this knowledge will not be prepared to live their life in pursuit of the Divine Spheres. While the Church does not find it particularly difficult to find those willing to pursue these goals, it often wants for places to prepare and equip them. Oraventures act as headquarters for these expeditions, making their establishment and operation easier.
Cost: 5 Thunder Oak / 5 Vaults
Upkeep: Nil
Construction Requirements: Must be built in a territory that contains a Port or an Embassy.
Construction Time: 1 Season
Function: Each Oraventure can support a single Expedition, doing so removes the Endeavour cost of maintaining (but not establishing) that expedition, and reduces the upkeep cost from 15 Locks, to 7 Locks.
Holy Site
A Holy Site is a location that has been Exalted through appropriate measures and recognised as a holy site. Once recognised it is possible for the Council of Six to pursue no further action, leaving the Holy Site to exist unsupported. This will cost the Church no funds but will also leave the site unsupported and likely to degrade or become unpopular. The Civil Service will provide a custom consignment for each Holy Site the summit after it has been Exalted. This reflects the Church constructing infrastructure for both priests and faithful to attend the site and experience it. Each Holy Site will have its own set of boons and incomes for the Church and The Concord, along with its own costs. Holy Sites do not have upkeep costs.
Holy Sites Available for Consignent

Rather than a body, they leave behind a weapon that embodies their character and their life, a matching weapon appears within the Gravetree.
Congregations in the Hunters Wood that take the mysticism downtime action also produce 1 Thronesboon and 1 Hartswood.
The Gravetree has been known to call forth the spirits of the warriors whose blades reside there. For good or for ill.
The Vale of Stags
The rolling woods of Eastern Windholme are a silent and sombre place. High in the mountains this forest is a place of great untouched natural beauty and a long standing worship of Cervitas. A place where truths are laid bare and togetherness can be found in simplicity.

Baelag’s Holdfast
The colossal fortress of Baelag’s Holdfast is ancient, older even than the Artebazzani Empire. While it has stood in many forms and for many uses over the centuries, it cannot be doubted that its strength and stature are unparalleled. - The income gained from the Vallthane’s ‘Master of Fields’ power is given to the Church treasury instead of directly to the Vallthane.
In addition, the Vallthane gains the power; Defender of the Faith
Defender of the Faith - The Vallthane gains votes in the Church as if they were a High Priest, and counts has having a tier 1 Congregation for the purposes of Greater Majority motions. The Vallthane gains membership (but not true membership) to the Council of Six.

When Congregations based in the Priado Expanse take the ‘Mysticism’ action, they grant themselves and the Church treasury, 2 Bloodglass.
Once per year, Congregations in the Priado Expanse may take the ‘Support the Army’ action, as if they were a Military Investment of the same tier. They still remain a Congregation for the purposes of Church Votes, enchantments, and all other purposes. These investments should submit downtime as a military investment and note The Roiling’s special ability in the notes section of their downtime.
