The Civil Service wishes to report that the following Commissions have been finished as of the beginning of the coming Summit:
- The De Re School of Embers, a Concordian School of Magic, has finished construction within the City of Lerona Mere.

- The Valley’s Own are undergoing reinforcement and will have a maximum strength of 7500 soldiers at the Winter Summit.
Diplomatic Service Report
The Concordian Diplomatic Service wishes to report the following:
The Concord is at War with The Onyx Aristocracy, the Illsevir and the Zekartaal. Members of these nations are not citizens of The Concord and are not bound or affected by its laws. Hostile actions, lest they be irredeemably cruel or outside the scope of warfare, are permitted. Trade with these nations is not permitted
The Concord is Neutral with The Idrian Cabal, The Golden Fleet and The Fealties of Drummond. Trade with these nations is barely present, but ships have passed each other without issue upon the Sea. Trade with these nations is permitted.
Growing diplomatic niceties between The Dendarr Nations and The Concord (particularly the nation of Kameiros) have clarified that The Dendarri involvement with The Onyx Aristocracy currently does not pose a threat.
The Concord is Uneasy with The Hukari, The Artebazzani Empire, The Adanji Shahak, The Kingdom of The Bailes and The Trade Principality of Aprivano. While not outwardly hostile, these nations are either standoffish towards The Concord due to diplomatic concerns, or some other reason. Trade with these nations is permitted.
As diplomatic tensions worsen, Artebazzani ports are currently refusing entry to Concordian ships across the Empire. The Trade Principality of Aprivano is making aggressive overtures towards The Concord and has acted against The Concord when it was under the banner of The Twinblade Confederacy.
The Concord currently maintains two Embassies: The Embassy to The Trade Principality of Aprivano, based out of the Relazione in Lerona Mere, and the Embassy to The Dendarr Nations, based out of the Old Weiland Town Hall. Ash Al’Andash El’Jadis is the ambassador to The Trade Principality of Aprivano and Eadwulf of Brakkenloh is ambassador to The Dendarr.
