An Anarch Ceremony - Magnitude ??? - The Phoenix
(This Ceremony is currently unavailable to the Concord)
Performing the Ceremony
Performing this Ceremony takes at least 10 minutes of roleplaying. This Ceremony targets a character who must be present throughout, but need not be one of the priests performing the Ceremony. They become the Prophet as described in the rules about Curses.
This Ceremony is a Curse, and therefore interacts with anything that would remove or affect Curses.
Effects
This Curse removes all of the target character’s held Concordian, Realmic, and Cultural Titles; the legality, systems, logic, and expectations be damned.
The target can be reelected into the position, or through effort regain what they have lost, but they must do that themselves.
Any positions that are vacated are not immediately re-elected, but remain vacant until they would naturally be up for re-election.
As long as they are enchanted the target experiences a roleplaying effect: You have been betrayed by the status quo, and by the spheres, and by everyone around you! If such power is so fleeting that it can be ripped from you, then what good is it? You are skeptical of all legislative systems and power, and mistrustful of everyone save those closest to you.
The Curse is enacted immediately, but the roleplaying effect lasts for three events.
